I am an Assistant Professor of Management & Organizations at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. I am also a Faculty Associate at the Institute for Policy Research.

My work focuses on entrepreneurship, inequality, and labor markets.

My recent work studies entrepreneurship as a way to overcome labor market discrimination, focusing on marginalized individuals such as people with criminal records.

I received my Ph.D. in Management from Columbia Business School and worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford Graduate School of Business. I completed my B.A. in Business and Economics and M.S. in Strategic Management at Seoul National University.

I was born in London and attended schools in New York, Washington DC, Seoul, and Riyadh. I like to travel and spend time with my family & friends.
